We are moving north …far far north .. leaving behind urban melbourne for yirrkala, a community in arnhem Land near a town called nhulunbuy..

where there are beaches and jungles, and crocodiles in the water  ..

no cafes and fancy shops, or peking pork dumplings and fresh food markets .. but red dirt and palm trees, a wet season and a dry season..

And in between we packed and sorted through our belongings, got the wheat from the chaff …

On the 29^th the movers came and got 16 boxes. One fridge. One cot, one queen bed base, a piece of wood and one painting. 4 boxes of books.

That is all of our new life’s belongings

We stayed with cat and corey and ela 

and camped at the farm for new years eve
